HCPC member no: PYL30111

Charlotte is a Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years’ experience working with ADHD and Autistic adults and children

With a love of literature, Charlotte completed her first degree in English and Irish Literature at Trinity College Dublin.  She then undertook her conversion course to psychology and MSc in Child Development at University College London. Charlotte developed an interest in neurology and brain diversity during these studies and went on to work at the first UK national specialist service for ADHD and Autistic adults

Since completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Charlotte has been passionate about understanding the ADHD and Autistic experience, in a neuroaffirmative way. She has had the privilege of collaborating with many neurodivergent clients and colleagues to identify Autistic and ADHD experience, both in and out of the workplace

Charlotte was the in-house Neurodiversity Specialist Clinical Psychologist for the British Government and collaborated with neurodivergent colleagues to write their neurodiversity strategy and implement it across different government departments. She is delighted to be part of The Adult Autism Practice where she can continue to learn and collaborate with Autistic and ADHD adults, through their identification journeys
