Drawing on both professional expertise and personal insights as a member of a neurodivergent family, Susan brings a deep understanding of the diverse ways in which individuals experience, process and respond to trauma. Susan is passionate about the neurodiversity-affirmative paradigm. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client

Susan finds great fulfilment in collaborating within a team that is guided by Autistic voices and experiences, where individual strengths are highlighted and differences are celebrated. She values the privilege of working alongside individuals as they explore and discover their potential Autistic identity
