Jennifer is committed to creating a safe and non-judgemental space in which her clients feel validated and heard. She is eager to work collaboratively with her clients to achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences and to empower them to move forward with self-compassion and positivity for the future. She is passionate about conducting neurodiversity-affirmative assessments, where individual strengths are emphasised, differences celebrated and needs identified and supported
Jennifer has been truly inspired by and grateful for the neurodiversity affirmative movement and is delighted to have been afforded the opportunity to work with The Adult Autism Practice, where she can work to promote and champion such a framework within her clinical practice. She strives to continually learn from and be guided by the Autistic community in her role
