Dr Laura Buckley

Laura is a Clinical Psychologist and Graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland

Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Criminal Justice and an MA in Psychology, both from the University of Limerick. She also holds an MSc in Health Psychology from Ulster University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Limerick. Laura’s doctoral research explored psychological trauma and its impact on mortality

Laura has worked in a variety of settings over the past eight years, gaining extensive clinical experience in HSE child and adult mental health and disability services. In addition to her work with The Adult Autism Practice, Laura works in HSE Child Primary Care and Cardiac Rehab

Laura is passionate about working collaboratively within a strengths-based neuroaffirmative framework, creating a supportive environment to explore everyone’s unique identification journey
