Natalia is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist who qualified in 2022 from Trinity College Dublin. Before this, she completed a Bachelors of Arts in Business Studies and Psychology at the University of Stirling, Scotland, and then completed a Masters of Science in Applied Psychology at Trinity College Dublin. Natalia received Firsts / Distinctions in all of her degrees and was the recipient of several academic awards.
Since qualifying as a Psychologist, Natalia has been working in the HSE Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), where she also works with parents and adult family members, many of whom are neurodivergent. Additionally, prior to working in CAMHS, Natalia has gained a range of experience working in clinical and non-clinical settings with children and adults, some of whom identify as being neurodivergent and/or disabled. She has worked in mental health services in the UK, Germany and Ireland.
Natalia sees beauty and worth in neurodiversity. She feels grateful to have completed training in psychological and neuro-affirmative autism assessments/identifications, and feels passionate about making this process more just and respectful for all individuals. Natalia works from a person-centred and Humanistic perspective and places a lot of value on collaboration, empowerment and destigmatisation. Natalia is motivated to help clients explore their identities and neurotypes, discover themselves in a meaningful and authentic way, and grow self-compassion. She is always eager to continue learning about neurodiversity and individual differences. Natalia feels truly privileged to be a part of this ‘sense-making journey’ with clients and hopes that she can support you with this too.
