Pauline Fleming is a very experienced Senior Counselling Psychologist and Chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She studied psychology at NUIG (formerly University College Galway) and additionally completed an MSc in psychotherapy at DCU

She has worked in the area of education for the last 17 years with young people and adults. Before that she worked in the area of adult disability, in training and job support

Pauline has wide and varied experiences working with young people with a range of neurodivergence, including Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic and Dyspraxic adults

She approaches assessments in a therapeutic manner, is open and flexible with the client at the centre of the process. She believes it should be a collaborative process and will work with you to make the experience comfortable and empowering
