Sarah holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from University College Dublin and a Masters in Criminology from Queen's University Belfast. Attending University of Galway, Sarah gained a first class Higher Diploma in Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
An accomplished researcher, Sarah has published on critical thinking; chronic pain and illness; and juvenile arthritis healthcare experiences
With over eight years' clinical experience, Sarah has worked in various child and adult services. Her experience ranges from medical support, to mental health and disability services. Currently, Sarah works in the HSE’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with previous experience in the HSE’s Primary Care Psychology Service
A passionate advocate for equity and determined to dismantle systemic barriers and stigma, Sarah is neuro and gender-affirming. Experienced supporting Autistic and ADHD clients, she is particularly motivated to support LGBTQIA+ individuals, navigate neurodivergent and queer identities
